Summary

Effective meetings don't happen by accident. They require thoughtful planning, skilled facilitation and a clear focus on outcomes. Yet many professionals spend hours in meetings that drift off topic, struggle to reach decisions or end without clear next steps.

In this highly interactive course, you'll learn practical tools and facilitation techniques to determine when a meeting is necessary, plan purposeful discussions, design outcome-based agendas and guide conversations that lead to decisions and action. Through real-world examples and hands-on activities, you'll develop strategies to engage participants, manage common meeting challenges and keep discussions focused and productive.

By the end of the course, you'll be equipped to facilitate meetings that make better use of everyone's time and produce meaningful results.
