Summary

Scrum is a widely used Agile framework that empowers teams to plan and deliver project outcomes iteratively and incrementally. In this highly interactive course, you will build a strong foundation in Scrum principles and gain practical skills to manage, lead or contribute as a productive member of a Scrum team.

You will discover when an Agile Scrum approach is most effective and why its key elements — such as flexibility, adaptability, and alignment with customer needs — are essential in today's fast-paced, complex work environment. We will discuss how Scrum's iterative process accelerates time-to-outcome, maximizes value delivery and reduces overhead. The course also covers the team-building benefits of Scrum, helping foster a more empowered, engaged, and productive environment that increases both customer and employee satisfaction. This course also counts toward our Project Management Certificate.
